The Sandpiper Trust provides rural medical practitioners with appropriate emergency medical equipment known as The Sandpiper Bag. The Sandpiper Bag enables lifesaving “pre-hospital “procedures to be carried out during that critical period known as the “Golden Hour”.

Produced as a memorial to Sandy Dickson who drowned aged 14 while on holiday in a remote part of Canada.   If the doctor had this equipment Sandy may well have survived.
